Advanced Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery

Advanced Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery offers high class education that expands in students a deep understanding & knowledge related to bakery and confectionery art. The students after completion of this course will acquire skills to run their own Bakery and Confectionery Business.

  • Entry Requirements:
  • Candidates who have completed 10th std/SSLC or 12th std/PUC pass with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
  • Aptitude for the Hospitality / Service industry as demonstrated through a personal interview
  • Written and spoken fluency in English

  • Colour Combination and colour Technique
  • Cake Decoration and Art - Wedding Tier Cakes,Fondant,Gum paste,2d and 3D Theme and shapes,Air Brush Designs
  • Exotic Desserts - Marzipan,Mousse, souffles,Bavaroise,Puddings,Cheese Cakes
  • Sugar Decoration - Basic Pulled & Blown sugar Decoratives
  • Hygiene and Sanitation & HACCP

Min 6 Months Industrial Training in a 5 star Hotel

Hospitality Internship in India or Abroad
Minimum 6 Months Industrial Training in a 5 star Hotel in India (Mandatory) or Paid Internship in a Foreign Country (Optional).

Paid internship in foreign countries shall be arranged in countries like Malaysia, Singapore, UK, US, Australia, Europe, Middle East and soon. Students who are interested to pursue internship abroad has to pay for visa, airfare and service charge etc. Visa is subject to approval by the respective consulates.

Campus placement shall be conducted at the end of the course and major 5 star hotel chains from all over India shall conduct interviews and screen the students who appear for the placement interview.

All students shall be offered 100% Job Placement after completion of the course.

Abroad Placement
Students who are desired to work abroad after completion of the diploma course in hotel shall be given opportunities to work abroad. Students who are interested to work abroad has to pay for visa, airfare and service charge.Visa is subject to approval by the respective consulates.
